3. Additional processing when you create an account for the Digital Toolbox

In brief: We collect your personal data to provide you access to our innovative platform: the Digital Toolbox. For this purpose, you require an account.

Purpose: We require your first name, last name, phone number and email address. First, to be able to identify yourself as a representative and contact point of your company, and second, to access the platform with your preferred email address.

Storage: Your personal data is erased right after you terminate your personal account at the Digital Toolbox. You can terminate your personal account at any moment.

Legal basis: Necessity for the performance of a contract. If you wish to use our platform service (the Digital Toolbox), this cannot be provided without the processing of the aforementioned data, which will enable our communication with you and the communication between you and cities. 

Processors: We work with trustworthy processors to process your personal data.  Currently, our website developer is Digital Layers B.V and our hosting provider for the Digital Toolbox platform is Rootnet B.V. who processes your personal data on our behalf. The particular processor might be subject to change over time and this Privacy Statement will be updated accordingly.
